We have 100% of visual inspection
before the part is sent to packaging department. Qualitative tests are
conducted over 6% of the finished goods. Physical & Chemical
analysis of raw material as well as finished goods is conducted &
rubber compound is tested for its tensile, elongation at break,
hardness, specific gravity etc. Apart from this, test for abrasion
resistance compression set is also conducted. To obtain the desired
specification various aspects like - shaft finish, shaft runout, shaft
speed, pressure exerted on seal are also considered.
